At Husn Raidan Restaurant, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any questions regarding our return and refund policy (valid within one day only), please contact our customer service team.
Please note that the preparation of your order may begin immediately once it is confirmed. Therefore, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been placed and confirmed by the restaurant.
Our Return & Refund Policy includes the following terms:
1. Food Order Errors
If you receive an incorrect order that does not match your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can correct the mistake and provide you with the correct items. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

If the replacement item costs more than the incorrect item, the difference will be charged.

If the replacement item is of lesser value, you will receive the balance as a refund or store credit.

Corrected orders will be given priority for preparation.

We kindly ask that the incorrect food be returned in its original container(s).
2. Incomplete Orders
In the rare case that any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately.

If the missing item has not yet been prepared, you may cancel it and receive a full refund to your payment method or as cash.

If the item has already been prepared, we will replace it promptly or offer an alternative solution.
3. Food Dissatisfaction
We prepare our dishes fresh to order using high-quality ingredients. If you are not satisfied with your meal, please reach out to us right away.

Returned food must be in its original container(s) for us to review and verify the issue.

We will gladly prepare a replacement meal for you.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we may issue a refund to your original payment method, provide a cash refund, or offer store credit (subject to manager approval).
Refunds will only be processed once the food has been returned and verified by the manager on duty.
